Privacy notice

This notice is from GrimeBrigade. It explains what this sign-in site keeps about people and why. It covers this site only.

If you are invited

When the admin invites you, the site keeps your email address, your account level, and your invitation date. When you sign in with the invitation, it also keeps your name and your fixed Google account number.

So the site keeps five details about an invited person: name, email address, account level, invitation date, and fixed Google account number. It keeps nothing else from your Google account. We keep the fixed Google account number so that a changed or reassigned email address cannot let the wrong person in.

About the admin

The site keeps the admin's email address and fixed Google account number. It does not keep the admin's name.

While you are signed in

The site holds a temporary sign-in record with the times you signed in and last used the site, and which account it belongs to. It goes when sign-in ends. Sign-in ends when you sign out, after 30 minutes without use, or after 8 hours, whichever comes first. The site keeps no lasting history of sign-ins.

If you are not invited

If you sign in without a valid invitation, or a sign-in does not complete, the site keeps nothing about you. During a sign-in, Google tells the site your name, email address, and account number so the site can check them. The site does not keep them unless you are the admin or an invited person.

How long details are kept

There is no fixed end date. The site deletes a person's details when the admin removes them. It deletes an invitation's details when the admin withdraws it, or when it expires unused after 7 days. If the admin changes, the site deletes the former admin's details.

Our hosting provider can restore the site's database to any minute in the last 7 days, so deleted details may remain recoverable there for up to 7 days.

Who can see your details

The admin can see the name, email address, and account level of each approved person, and the email address of each unused invitation. A person with access to our hosting account may also be able to read the details. The site sends nothing to you itself. Your invitation link comes to you from the admin.

Cookies

The site uses two browser cookies, only for signing in. One lasts up to 10 minutes while you complete sign-in. The other keeps you signed in for up to 8 hours. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Other companies that handle your request

Google handles the sign-in itself, on Google's own pages. We do not control what Google keeps. Please read Google's own notices to learn about that.

Cloudflare hosts this site, so each request passes through Cloudflare. Its privacy policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) says it may process visitors' IP addresses and traffic routing data. Its records may also include your browser type, the time, and the address of the page you asked for, which can include an invitation link. An invitation link works only for the Google account it was made for. Cloudflare's policy gives no period for keeping this data, so we cannot tell you how long it is kept.
